Returns & Refunds

Each Amitābha Studio lamp is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece made from genuine antique or vintage ceramics. We take great care in describing and photographing every lamp accurately and in detail, so that you can feel confident in your purchase before it arrives.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unused. Because each piece is unique, we are unable to offer exchanges.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@amitabha.studio within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged on arrival If your lamp arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (including the packaging) and contact us at hello@amitabha.studio within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a repair referral, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-returnable items Custom or commissioned orders are non-returnable.
