Shipping Policy

Shipping Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on destination and availability. Shipment rates are calculated during checkout. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–12 business days depending on destination. All shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number. Delivery will not occur on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Customs, duties, and taxes Amitābha Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outside of the package, the label, and all packaging and contents inside and out immediately upon receipt, and email the images to us as soon as possible at hello@amitabha.studio. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods, as they may need to be collected as part of the insurance claim.
